Case Planning Session
If you want to represent yourself but want to have a lawyer assess your case, the case planning session is for you. You will leave the case planning session with a solid understanding of what needs to be done and how to do it.
During the one hour case planning session, Jennifer will:
- Review your case with you
- Discuss the strengths and weaknesses
- Explain the process and timeline
- Give you tips for filing your case
- Answer your questions
After the session, you will be able to contact Jennifer twice by email or brief 10 minute phone calls for follow-up assistance.
The fee for the case planning session is $250. One session should be sufficient for many people, including those who want to apply for permanent resident status (green card) or naturalization. Other cases, such as bringing a family member to the U.S., are best addressed in multiple case planning sessions.
