Green Card Through Family
If you entered the U.S. with a valid visa, you may be able to get your green card based on your relationship to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident through the one step application or concurrent filing of the Petition and Adjustment of Status application.
If you entered the U.S. without papers, you may be able to get your green card by returning to your home country for a visa or through the LIFE Act.
Green Card Through Refugee or Asylee Status
Refugees and asylees are eligible for a green card after one year.
Green Cards for Victims of Crime and Domestic Violence
Victims of crime or domestic violence may be eligible for a green card based on the harm that they suffered.
