TPS – El Salvador
TPS for El Salvador has been extended for another 18 months, through September 9, 2013. Salvadorans who want to renew their TPS status must submit an application by March 12, 2012.
Work Cards (EAD’s) Are Automatically Extended
Work cards or Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) expire on March 9, 2012. However, USCIS automatically extended these work cards until September 9, 2012. To continue working, show your employer your expired card and the Federal Register notice that authorizes the automatic extension.
